随着社会主义新农村建设的开展,县级职业教育的重要性更加彰显。因为县级职业教育是直接面对农村第一线的,既承担着农村实用人才培训的任务,同时又担负农村富余劳动力转移培训,而且也符合广大农民适应工业化、城镇化和农业现代化的要求。而目前,在芜湖市乃至全省县级职业教育发展严重滞后,已成为制约县域经济发展亟需解决的重大问题。为此,结合调查的情况,谈一些自己的看法。
With the construction of a new socialist countryside, the importance of vocational education at the county level is even more apparent. Because vocational education at the county level directly faces the first line of the rural areas, it not only undertakes the task of training practical rural personnel, but also shoulders the training of surplus labor transfer in rural areas and meets the requirements of the majority of peasants to adapt to industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization. At present, the development of county-level vocational education in Wuhu City as well as the province has seriously lagged behind and has become a major issue that needs to be resolved urgently to restrict the development of county economy.
