进入21世纪以来,计算机与互联网技术的飞速发展改变了人们的生产生活方式,也开启起了一个全新的信息时代。近年来,以智能手机为代表的移动设备拉开了无线互联时代的大幕,更加速了新媒体的蓬勃发展和新兴信息传播媒介的形成。笔者认为,在这个全新的时代背景下,煤炭企业思想政治工作也应当不断与时俱进,在煤炭行业普遍不景气的大环境下,改革工作的内容与形式,与新媒体有效结合,打造出企业思想政治工作的新局面。
Since entering the 21st century, the rapid development of computer and Internet technology has changed people’s way of production and life and opened up a whole new era of information. In recent years, mobile devices represented by smartphones have opened the era of wireless Internet era and accelerated the rapid development of new media and the formation of new information media. The author believes that under this new era background, the ideological and political work of the coal enterprises should also keep pace with the times. In the general downturn of the coal industry, the content and form of the reform work is effectively combined with the new media to create a New Situation of Enterprise Ideological and Political Work.
