目的:研究桑白皮(Morus alba L.)的活性成分。方法:运用柱层析方法分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物,采用HO-8910细胞对化合物进行抗增殖活性测试。结果:从桑白皮中分离得到1个新的化合物,鉴定为5,2’-二羟基-7,4’-O-β-D-二吡喃葡萄糖二氢黄酮苷,它对HO-8910细胞48h,72h的IC50分别为3.68和1.87μmol·L·1。结论:从该中药材中分离得1个新的化合物,并发现它具有一定的抗人卵巢癌细胞HO-8910增殖的活性。
Objective: To study the active ingredients of Morus alba L. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography. Compounds were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data. HO-8910 cells were used to test the anti-proliferative activity of the compounds. RESULTS: A new compound was isolated from Morus alba, identified as 5,2’-dihydroxy-7,4’-O-β-D-glucopyranose dihydroflavone glycoside, which was applied to HO-8910. The IC50 values of cells at 48 h and 72 h were 3.68 and 1.87 μmol·L·1, respectively. Conclusion: A new compound was isolated from the Chinese herbal medicine and it was found that it had a certain anti-proliferative activity against human ovarian cancer cell line HO-8910.
