社会主义制度在世界上建立已经整整七十年了,七十年来,它走过了曲折的道路,经受了严峻的考验,显示出了巨大的生命力,同时,也面临着严重的挑战。马克思主义创始人所预见的社会主义制度的优越性,几乎在所有社会主义国家都未能充分发挥出来。原因何在?现实迫使马克思主义者去回顾、思考和总结,在许多社会主义国家都掀起了改革的浪潮。我国的改革能否深化和取得成功,在很大程度上取决于公有制能否进一步完善和对它实行大胆的改革。所有制的完善和改革,应当从所有制结构和所有制形式两个方面去探索。所有制结构应当进一步调整
It has been 70 years since the establishment of the socialist system in the world. Over the past 70 years, the socialist system has gone through tortuous paths, endured severe tests, showed tremendous vitality, and at the same time, faced serious challenges. The superiority of the socialist system foreseen by the founder of Marxism has not been fully realized in almost all socialist countries. What is the reason? The reality has forced Marxists to review, think and conclude the tide of reforms in many socialist countries. Whether or not our country’s reforms can deepen and succeed depends to a large extent on whether public ownership can be further perfected and bold reforms imposed on it.
