收集我院1960～1990年10种心脏病12 626例病人的资料,就死亡方面作初步分析和探讨。12 626例病人,共死亡1118例,病死率为8.9％,其中男性死亡577例,病死率为9.0％,女性死亡539例,病死率为8.7％。1118例死亡病人平均年龄以冠心病为最大,平均年龄63.3岁;先心病为最小,平均14.5岁。本组死亡最多的是肺心病(390例),其次是风心病(314例),第三是冠心病(191例)。而死亡率最高的是梅心病(10.7％).
The data of 12 626 patients with 10 kinds of heart diseases in our hospital from 1960 to 1990 were collected to make a preliminary analysis and discussion on the death. A total of 12,626 patients died in 1118 cases with a mortality rate of 8.9%, of which 577 were male, with a case fatality rate of 9.0% and 539 female deaths with a case fatality rate of 8.7%. The average age of 1118 deaths was coronary heart disease with the average age of 63.3 years. The heart disease was the youngest with an average age of 14.5 years. Coronary heart disease (390 cases) was the most frequently fatal in this group, followed by rheumatic heart disease (314 cases), and the third was coronary heart disease (191 cases). The highest mortality rate is cedar disease (10.7%).
