中国金属学会炼钢节能专题第一次学术会议于1983年10月在鞍山召开。根据会议宣读的论文和讨论情况归纳出下列几条。 1.炼钢节能潜力巨大,应予足够重视 几年来炼钢节能工作取得了一定的成果,但目前仍处于落后状态。主要表现在金属料消耗高、废钢比低、耗用的生铁、石灰、耐火材料及钢锭模等载能值高的材料多,连铸比及合金比低、吨钢综合累计能耗高,一般为700~1400kg(指标准煤,下同),比世界先进水平约高一倍。平炉钢
China Metals Society steelmaking energy saving first academic conference was held in October 1983 in Anshan. The following articles are summarized according to the papers and discussions read out at the conference. 1. Steelmaking has great potential for energy saving and should be given sufficient attention. Some achievements have been made in energy conservation in steelmaking over the past few years, but it is still in a backward state. Mainly in the high consumption of metal materials, scrap ratio is low, the consumption of pig iron, lime, refractory and ingot mold and other high carrying material, continuous casting and alloy ratio is low, the cumulative total energy consumption per ton of steel, the general 700 ~ 1400kg (refers to the standard coal, the same below), about twice as high than the world advanced level.
