采用数值模拟和冷态模型试验相结合的方法,对某电厂600 MW燃煤锅炉SCR脱硝系统进行了数值模拟和冷态模型试验对比研究。结果表明,数值模拟结果和冷态模型试验结果较为吻合;催化剂入口速度分布CV值以及浓度场CV值均满足设计要求;数值模拟可用于指导SCR脱硝系统的优化设计。
A numerical simulation and a cold model test were used to compare the numerical simulation and the cold model test of the SCR denitration system of a 600 MW coal-fired boiler in a power plant. The results show that the numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the results of the cold model test. The CV values of the catalyst inlet velocity and the CV of the concentration field meet the design requirements. Numerical simulation can be used to guide the optimal design of the SCR denitration system.
