前言建国30年来,我国已经建设了一批大型水利水电工程。这些工程的建设经验,无疑推动了水利水电工程地质学的发展。如果认真回顾并总结一下自己的工作,可以发现目前还存在不少问题。主要是仍然局限于一般性的地质工作方面。对所揭露出来的地质问题的工程意义如何?怎样结合岩(土)体力学方面的第一性材料进行评价?加上,对地质问题的阐述,大多是定性的,较少有量的概念,这些问题同建筑物的稳定,又有何联系?倘若不能很好地解决这些问题,我们的工作难免陷入盲目性。这种状况,显然很不适应于当前我国水利水电建设的要求。
Preface The founding of our country 30 years ago, our country has built a number of large-scale water conservancy and hydropower projects. The construction experience of these projects undoubtedly promoted the development of hydroelectric engineering geology. If you carefully review and summarize your own work, you can find that there are still many problems. Mainly still limited to the general aspects of geological work. What is the engineering significance to the exposed geological problems? How to evaluate the first material in the rock mechanics? In addition, the explanation of geological problems is mostly qualitative and less quantitative concepts, What is the connection between these problems and the stability of buildings? If we can not solve these problems well, our work will inevitably fall into blindness. This situation is obviously not suited to the current requirements of China’s water conservancy and hydropower construction.
