目的分析某汽车空调蒸发器建设项目存在的职业病危害因素,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果。方法采用职业卫生学调查法、工作场所职业病危害因素检测、检查表法等对该建设项目进行评价。结果该建设项目存在多种职业病危害因素,经现场检测氢氧化钠、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、硫酸、氟化物、噪声合格率均为100%。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制措施有效、可行。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the occupational hazards that exist in the construction project of a car air conditioner evaporator and to evaluate the protective measures against occupational hazards and their effects. Methods Occupational hygiene investigation, workplace occupational hazards testing, checklist method were used to evaluate the construction project. Results There were many occupational hazards in the construction project. The on-site detection of sodium hydroxide, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, sulfuric acid, fluoride, noise pass rate was 100%. Conclusion The control measures of occupational hazards in this project are effective and feasible.
