心理契约是对雇员与组织双方责任和义务的交换关系的感知和理解,在过去的十多年里逐步成为国内外人力资源管理的一个热点。该文通过对组织中心理契约的分析,提出企业结合心理契约的人力资源管理战略。
Psychological contract is the perception and understanding of the exchange relationship between the responsibilities and obligations of employees and organizations, and has gradually become a hot spot in human resource management at home and abroad in the past ten years. Through analyzing the psychological contract in the organization, this paper puts forward the strategy of human resource management combining the psychological contract.
