青岛市双合盛窑厂职工在生产中发扬敢于革命、敢于实践的精神,试验运用立窑水泥厂的“差热煅烧”原理烧砖,解决了欠火砖(次品)多的关键问题,使红砖合格率由75%左右提高到90%以上。过去,这个厂生产的红砖总有14~15%是欠火砖。这是个长期没有解决的老问题。在去年比学赶帮运动中,有的同志提出是否可以运用水泥厂“差热煅烧”的经验来解决欠火砖的问题。当时有的干部认为烧红砖同烧水泥的设备不一样,“差热煅烧”在轮窑用不上;还有的人认为烧窑出欠火砖是不可避免的。
