引言田径运动曾以其悠久的历史和固有的魅力为人们所喜爱,然而,由于各种因素的影响,尤其是对田径运动的认识和理解仅局限于竞技体育一面,仍停留在为比赛服务的认识水平上,使这项既有健身价值又能发展运动能力的运动受到限制,从而得不到普及和发展,变得枯燥单调。在教学方法、内容、考核上,要求的高、严,导致学生缺乏应有的激情,上课兴趣不浓,干劲不足,有些产生厌倦讨厌之感。如何改变田径课中出现的问题,如何发挥田径运动在健身中的作用,本文在理论与实践的基础上,从多角度进行分析探讨,并从教育观念、教学内容、方法手段、场地器材等方面进行改革,意在提高田径课的发展和普及,提高教学效果。
