目的分析山西地区不良妊娠发生与异常染色体的关系。方法抽取5172例(2586对)不良妊娠夫妇外周血5ml,淋巴细胞培养,G显带,染色体核型分析。结果发现93例异常染色体核型,检出率为1.80%;218例为染色体多态性,检出率为4.22%,包括25例9号染色体臂间倒位,3例次缢痕长度增加,35例D/G组变异(随体长度增加或减少或双随体),大Y、小Y共155例。结论异常染色体核型是造成不良妊娠的重要原因。
Objective To analyze the relationship between abnormal pregnancy and abnormal chromosomes in Shanxi Province. Methods Peripheral blood samples of 5172 (2586 pairs) untreated couples were collected for 5 ml, lymphocyte culture, G - banding and chromosomal karyotype analysis. The results showed that 93 cases of abnormal chromosome karyotype, the detection rate was 1.80%; 218 cases of chromosome polymorphism, the detection rate was 4.22%, including 25 cases of chromosome 9 internucleus inversion, 3 cases of secondary incision length increased, 35 cases of D / G group variation (with the length of the body increases or decreases or double with body), large Y, small Y total of 155 cases.
