The 2nd Asia Pacific EPR / ESR International Symposium was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang from October 31 to November 4, 1999, and was hosted by Zhejiang University. The theme of this symposium is “Opportunities and Challenges in the Development of EPR / ESR”. A total of more than 130 domestic and foreign delegates attended the meeting. The conference invited experts in the field of EPR / ESR to attend the academic exchange.
