目的:探讨眼内硅油取出的有效方法,研究视网膜复位眼的硅油取出手术效果。方法:作者研制了一种可控式眼内硅油取出装置,并应用于43例44只眼内硅油取出手术。结果:本装置由吸引针头、手柄、引流管和负压源四部分组成;采用普通持续负压源作为吸引动力,通过一个手指按压手柄上的进气孔来控制全部吸引过程。术中在6~15分钟(平均8分钟)内将硅油整体吸出。术后平均随访5.33个月,视力提高者24只眼(54.55%),不变11只眼(25%);3只眼发生低眼压(<10mmHg),3只眼复发视网膜脱离。未发生与该装置有关的并发症。结论:可控式眼内硅油吸引装置具有简单、安全、高效的特点;临床应用的经验值得推广。视网膜复位眼的硅油取出手术效果满意
Objective: To investigate the effective method of removing intraocular silicone oil and to study the effect of removing silicone oil by retinal reattachment eye. Methods: The authors developed a controllable intraocular silicone oil removal device, and applied to 43 cases of 44 intraoperative silicone oil removal surgery. Results: The device consisted of four parts: the suction needle, the handle, the drainage tube and the negative pressure source. The ordinary continuous negative pressure source was used as the attraction power, and the whole suction process was controlled by pressing the air inlet hole on the handle with one finger. Intraoperative in 6 to 15 minutes (an average of 8 minutes) will be aspiration of silicone oil as a whole. The average follow-up time was 5.33 months. There were 24 eyes (54.55%) with visual acuity, 11 eyes (25%) unchanged, 3 eyes with hypotony (<10mmHg), 3 eyes Detached. No complications related to the device occurred. Conclusion: The controllable intraocular silicone oil suction device has the characteristics of simple, safe and efficient. The clinical experience is worth popularizing. Retinal reattachment eye silicone surgery results satisfactory
