目的　探讨疲劳安胶囊中脱皮甾酮的含量测定。方法　采用HPLC进行测定。结果　本法平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为 96 .15 %和 2 .0 1%。结论　本法灵敏、稳定、准确 ,可用于本制剂的测定和质量控制 Objective To investigate the determination of the content of ecdysterone in Fulingan capsule. Methods HPLC was used for the determination. Results The average recoveries and relative standard deviations were 96.15% and 2.01% respectively. Conclusion This method is sensitive, stable and accurate and can be used for the determination and quality control of this preparation
