为探讨中药TCM-X 对急性胰腺炎大鼠细菌移位的影响,将60只SD 大鼠分为正 常对照组(n=12),重症胰腺炎+生理盐水组(生理盐水组,n=12),重症胰腺炎+ 庆大霉素组(庆大霉素组,n=12),重症 胰腺炎+TCM-X(TCM-X组,n=12组)和重症胰腺炎+庆大霉素+TCM-X(庆大霉素+TCM -X组,n=12)。采用经腹腔单次注射过量左 旋精氨酸500mg/100g体重制作大鼠重症胰腺炎模型,均经胃管给予生理盐水或药物,24小时 1次,共2次,术后观察各组大鼠肠系膜淋巴结和胰腺组织的细菌培养结果并作定量分析,检 测 各组大鼠不同时间血中内毒素含量。结果显示,庆大霉素组、TCM-X组和庆大霉素+TCM- X组大鼠经胃管给药后24、48小时与对 照组相比,均能不同程度地降低血浆中内毒素水平(P均<0.01);细菌培养结 果显示,庆大霉素组、TCM-X组和庞大大霉素+TCM-X组大鼠肠系膜淋巴结及胰腺的细菌 数明显低于生理盐水组(P均<0.01)。由此提示,中药TCM-X和庆大霉素均可降低重症 胰腺炎大鼠血中内毒素水平,能够减少肠道细菌至肠系膜淋巴结和胰腺的移位,并且中药 TCM-X的作用更强。
To investigate the effect of TCM-X on bacterial translocation in rats with acute pancreatitis, 60 SD rats were divided into normal control group (n=12), severe pancreatitis+saline group (saline group, n=12 ), Severe pancreatitis + gentamicin group (Gentamicin group, n = 12), Severe pancreatitis + TCM-X (TCM-X group, n = 12 group) and severe pancreatitis + gentamicin +TCM-X (Gentamicin +TCM-X group, n=12). A rat model of severe pancreatitis was made by a single intraperitoneal injection of excess L-arginine 500 mg/100 g body weight. The rats were given normal saline or drugs via stomach tube for 24 hours for 2 times. The mesentery was observed in each group. The results of bacterial culture of lymph nodes and pancreas were quantitatively analyzed. The endotoxin content in blood of rats in each group was detected at different times. The results showed that compared with the control group, the gentamycin group, the TCM-X group, and the gentamicin+TCM-X group rats were able to reduce plasma levels to varying degrees at 24 and 48 hours after gastric tube administration. Toxin levels (P <0.01); Bacterial culture results showed that the number of bacteria in mesenteric lymph nodes and pancreas was significantly lower in gentamicin group, TCM-X group, and macro-mycin+TCM-X group than in saline group ( P all <0.01). This suggests that Chinese medicine TCM-X and gentamicin can reduce the blood endotoxin levels in rats with severe pancreatitis, and can reduce the translocation of intestinal bacteria to mesenteric lymph nodes and pancreas, and the role of traditional Chinese medicine TCM-X is stronger. .
