柴河水库库底清障工作，是在按正常高水位１０８ｍ淹没线内进行的，包括树木及其残余物清理和地面地形整理两项内容，施工进度安排主要考虑筑坝主体工程施工进度和库区内移民动迁进度两个因素。在施工时间内，共清除树木及残余物４３８９２棵，房基桥涵３４０２２ｍ￣３，填平沟渠坑１９３５４ｍ￣３，路基、沙堆１７２２ｍ￣３，形成冰下大拉网作业网场２２处，机船底拖网作业网场８处，定置张网网基５处，养鱼种库湾１处，总清理面积５４６ｈａ。捕鱼２９０．７万ｋｇ，产值７３９万元，利税１９８万元。
