自从我国实施改革开放政策过后,经济飞速发展,对于人才规范要求变得愈加严格。但是与之相互冲突的是,目前我国高校英语教学水平和培养出的人才质量都不够理想,严重情况下将直接限制国际化发展进程。如今我国许多高校英语教学中仍旧存在教师占据中心地位的现象,同时学生欠缺自主学习的意识和技能。笔者的任务,便是针对当前我国高校英语课堂教学组织管理中存在的问题,以及日后富有针对性的改革和创新战略等内容,加以有序论证,希望能够引起相关教学人员重视和合理响应。 Since China’s implementation of the policy of reform and opening up, the rapid economic development has made the requirements of personnel standards more stringent. However, there is a contradiction between them. At present, the level of English teaching in colleges and universities and the quality of qualified personnel are not ideal, and in severe cases, they will directly limit the process of internationalization. Nowadays many teachers in colleges and universities in our country still have the phenomenon that teachers occupy the center position, at the same time, students lack the awareness and skills of self-regulated learning. The author’s task is to address the current problems in China’s college English classroom teaching organization and management, as well as future targeted reform and innovation strategy and other content, to orderly demonstration, hoping to cause the relevant teaching staff attention and reasonable response.
