工程的成本管理对工程项目的费用控制和工程质量以及施工时间都有重要影响,它是贯穿整个施工过程的一个管理系统。工程造价从投资预算开始,到整个工程方案的设计再到施工和最终的验收阶段,会直接影响整个施工的过程。目前状态下,许多建筑企业都存在着资源大量浪费和产品价值降低的问题。为了能使建筑行业的工程造价环境更好,我们需要将精细化管理应用到其中,而BIM技术是非常好的一种手段,能够让造价管理的精细化管理获得很大的提高,从而促进整个建筑行业的发展。
