对中高体积分数碳化硅颗粒增强铝基(SiCp/Al)复合材料制孔崩边缺陷进行了三维试验观测和统计分析,建立了制孔崩边缺陷模型,提出了一种基于崩边体积的SiCp/Al复合材料崩边缺陷程度评价方法。研究结果表明:崩边缺陷是SiCp/Al复合材料制孔的主要缺陷,且崩边缺陷主要产生在制孔出口处。采用该方法能够对不同参数下的制孔崩边缺陷程度进行客观真实的评价,对优化制孔工艺参数具有一定的指导意义。
Three-dimensional experimental observation and statistical analysis on the hole collapse defects of SiCp / Al composites with medium and high volume fraction of SiCp / Al composites were carried out. A model of perforation and edge collapse was established. An SiCp / Al composites chipping flaw evaluation method. The results show that the chipping defects are the main defects of the SiCp / Al composites, and the chipping defects mainly occur at the exit of the holes. The method can objectively evaluate the degree of edge collapse in different parameters objectively and has some guiding significance for the optimization of the technological parameters of the hole.
