建立人民监督体系是我们党执政后贯彻执行群众路线的新的重大课题。建立人民监督体系与党的群众路线具有充分的理论一致性 ;党执政后地位、权力构架、目标任务的变化增强了进一步贯彻群众路线、建立人民监督体系的紧迫性 ;必须把完善和发展人民监督体系作为党执政后贯彻群众路线的重点和难点来抓。
Establishing a people’s supervision system is a new major issue for our party in implementing the mass line after it takes power.
