目的调查山西省大同市成年女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染及亚型分布情况。方法采用PCR以及线形杂交法(LA)对931名女性宫颈脱落细胞标本进行HPV基因检测和基因分型。结果正常组、低度上皮内损伤(LSIL)组、高度上皮内损伤(HSIL)组及鳞状细胞癌(SCC)组HPV感染率分别为18.6%,60.2%,69.2%和84.6%;高危型HPV感染率明显高于低危型(P<0.001);感染高峰为18~25岁年龄组;总体人群中HPV-16、HPV-58、HPV-18、HPV-52以及HPV-33的感染率最高,依次为15.8%,4.7%,3.8%,3.0%和1.8%,而SCC组中,HPV-16、HPV-18、HPV-58、HPV-52以及HPV-33的感染率最高,分别为61.5%,11.5%,7.7%,3.8%,3.8%。结论大同市女性人群HPV感染状况及HPV基因型分布与国内其他地区存在明显差异。
Objective To investigate the distribution and distribution of adult female human papillomavirus (HPV) in Datong City of Shanxi Province. Methods 931 female cervical exfoliated cells were tested for HPV genotype by PCR and linear hybridization (LA). Results The HPV infection rates of normal group, LSIL group, HSIL group and SCC group were 18.6%, 60.2%, 69.2% and 84.6%, respectively. High-risk type The infection rate of HPV was significantly higher than that of the low-risk type (P <0.001). The infection peak was in the age group of 18-25 years. The infection rate of HPV-16, HPV-58, HPV-18, HPV-52 and HPV- The highest infection rates were 15.8%, 4.7%, 3.8%, 3.0% and 1.8% in SCC group, while the infection rates of HPV-16, HPV-18, HPV-58, HPV-52 and HPV- 61.5%, 11.5%, 7.7%, 3.8%, 3.8%. Conclusion The prevalence of HPV infection and HPV genotype distribution in female population in Datong City is significantly different from that in other areas of China.
