休克并发急性肺功能衰竭临床称为休克肺,可见于各种类型的休克。近年来,休克的治疗有了很大进展,很多其它问题如感染、心衰和休克性肾功能衰竭等正逐步得到控制,不少病员可顺利地度过复苏期,休克并发呼吸衰竭乃相对突出。据估计,目前死于休克的患者中,约1/3死因为肺功能衰竭。本文综合近两年的有关新资料,对休克肺作一扼要、系统的介绍。 Shock complicated by acute pulmonary failure, known as shock lung, can be found in various types of shock. In recent years, great progress has been made in the treatment of shock. Many other problems such as infection, heart failure and shock-induced renal failure are gradually being controlled. Many patients can successfully survive the resuscitation phase. Shock complicated by respiratory failure is relatively prominent . It is estimated that about one-third of current deaths from shock are due to pulmonary failure. This article synthesizes the new information in the past two years and makes a brief and systematic introduction to shock lung.
