本文对被动吸烟的小鼠体内腹腔MΦ的吞噬功能和SRBC的体液免疫应答功能的变化情况进行了研究。用万能显微镜观测了腹腔MΦ,计算其吞噬率、吞噬指数和消化能力;用分光光度计检测了溶血素水平。结果证明,实验组小鼠噬腔MΦ的吞噬率。吞噬指数与消化能力均较不吸烟鼠显著降低(P<0.01),吸烟与不吸烟鼠间的血清半数溶血值也有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。实验说明,侧流烟雾对小鼠腹腔MΦ及抗体形成功能均有抑制作用。
In this paper, the phagocytic function of abdominal peritoneal MΦ and the humoral immune response function of SRBC in passively smoked mice were studied. The peritoneal MΦ was observed with a universal microscope and its phagocytosis rate, phagocytic index and digestibility were calculated; the hemolysin level was measured with a spectrophotometer. The results showed that the phagocytosis rate of MΦ in the experimental group was high. The phagocytic index and digestive ability were significantly lower than those of non-smoking rats (P<0.01). There was also a significant difference in serum hemolysis values between smoking and non-smoking rats (P<0.01). Experiments showed that sidestream smoke inhibited MΦ and antibody formation in the abdominal cavity of mice.
