目前高职院的师资队伍建设还存在不少问题,如队伍结构不合理,“双师素质”教师总体比例偏低,高级人才难以引进,兼职教师的聘用缺乏稳定性等,对此,我们要提高认识,进一步明确以教师为中心地位的职业教育思想,健全师资队伍建设的政策与措施,探索符合高职特色的师资培训体系,加大双师素质师资队伍的引进培养力度,注重专业带头人和骨干教师的培养等。
At present, there are still many problems in the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges. For example, the team structure is not reasonable, the overall ratio of teachers with double qualifications is low, the senior professionals are hard to be introduced, and the employment of part-time teachers lacks stability. We should raise our awareness, further clarify the vocational education ideology centered on teachers, improve the policies and measures for building a contingent of teachers, explore a teacher training system that is in line with the characteristics of higher vocational education, increase the training for the introduction and cultivation of double-qualified teachers, and emphasize professionalism Leader and backbone teacher training and so on.
