为解决中马水厂二次加压泵房供水曲线与需水量曲线极不吻合的问题,通过认真观察、分析,提出用变频器加PLC联合工作进行解决的方案;经慎重考察,选用西门子Micromaster430系列变频器、日本三菱PLC,通过安装、调试、培训员工、试运行,锻炼和提高了员工素质,积累了丰富的经验,提升了公司科技进步水平,收到了良好的经济效益和社会效果。
In order to solve the problem that the water supply curve and the water demand curve of the secondary pressurization pumping station in Kama Waterworks are not in good agreement, we put forward a solution to solve the problem by combining the inverter and PLC through careful observation and analysis. After careful examination, we selected Siemens Micromaster 430 Series inverter, Japan Mitsubishi PLC, through the installation, commissioning, training of staff, trial operation, training and improve the quality of staff, has accumulated rich experience and enhance the level of scientific and technological progress, received a good economic and social benefits.
