我国现代煤化工经过多年技术攻关和积累以及工程示范和推广,在产业关键技术突破、重大装备自主化研制,产品品种开发和生产规模等方面取得了较大进展。2013年,煤制油投产项目产能282万吨,产量170万吨;煤制烯烃产能254万吨,产量180万吨;煤制乙二醇产能90万吨;已投产煤制天然气示范项目产能27亿立方米。煤化工投建项目如火如荼,但煤化工技术上并没有跟上这个节奏,产品“同质化”严重、已有技术可靠性和项目经济性有待验证,受资源和环境约束的压力加大,行业前景并没有预期的那么乐观。发展新型煤化工需要做一系列扎扎实实的基础工作,政府和企业应该放慢些脚步,更冷静理性地审视现代煤化工的现状和未来。
