采用一次粒径分别为10nm和15nm的α-Al2O3和SiC超细粉体,制备了Al2O3/SiC纳米陶瓷复合材料,并研究了其强化机理.提出了内晶颗粒残余应力强化模型.该模型很好地解释了Al2O3/SiC纳米复合材料的强度和断裂方式随SiC颗粒含量的变化规律.
The α-Al2O3 and SiC ultrafine powders with primary particle sizes of 10nm and 15nm were used respectively to prepare Al2O3 / SiC nano-ceramic composites. The strengthening mechanism was also studied. The model of residual stress strengthening of inner grain is proposed. The model well explains the strength and fracture mode of Al2O3 / SiC nanocomposites as a function of SiC particle content.
