目的探讨α-细辛脑对哮喘气道炎症的影响及其机制。方法用卵白蛋白制作豚鼠哮喘模型,检测外周血T淋巴细胞增殖反应,并通过支气管肺泡灌洗液中细胞成分分析评价气道炎症变化。结果α-细辛脑处理组在卵白蛋白激发后呼吸困难明显减轻,T细胞增殖刺激指数显著低于哮喘组,支气管肺泡灌洗液中细胞总数、嗜酸性粒细胞计数也显著低于哮喘组,且刺激指数与支气管肺泡灌洗液中嗜酸性粒细胞计数呈显著正相关。结论α-细辛脑可以抑制速发哮喘反应;且通过抑制T细胞增殖活化抑制气道嗜酸性粒细胞炎症。
Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of α-Asarone on airway inflammation in asthma. Methods The guinea pig asthma model was made with ovalbumin, the proliferative response of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood was detected, and the changes of airway inflammation were evaluated by cell component analysis in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid. Results The a-asarone treatment group significantly reduced the dyspnea after challenge with ovalbumin and the stimulation index of T cell proliferation was significantly lower than that of the asthma group. The numbers of total cells and eosinophils in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid were also significantly lower than those in the asthma group, And the stimulation index and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid eosinophil count was significantly positively correlated. Conclusions α-asarone can inhibit the rapid onset of asthmatic response; and inhibit airway eosinophilia by inhibiting T cell proliferation and activation.
