目前我国事业单位资产存量近8万亿元,数量巨大,但在配置和使用上存在很多问题,突出表现为资产配置混乱和资产使用效率低下,这是推进和优化事业单位资产管理效果必须解决的问题。要做好事业单位资产配置和使用工作,应创新工作方式,改革管理体制,坚持资源整合和使用绩优化的原则,以资产配置科学和使用高效为目标,推动事业单位资产的整合和共享。
