糖尿病酮症酸中毒的小剂量胰岛素疗法,近年来国内陆续有报告。我科自1980年1月～1982年3月收治糖尿病酮症酸中毒10例次,临床试治初步结果如下。一、资料与方法本组男5例,女5例,年龄24～55岁。糖尿病酮症酸中毒诊断标准:空腹血糖>350mg%,CO_2CP<40Vol%,尿酮阳性。本组治疗前主要各项检查结果:血糖262～800mg%,平均471.4mg%;尿糖和尿酮强阳性;CO_2CP9.9～42.8Vol%,平均26.92vol%;血清钾10～22.6mg%;平均16.43
Diabetic ketoacidosis in small doses of insulin therapy in China in recent years have been reported.
