本文拟从制度变迁理论中正式约束和非正式约束相互关系的原理出发 ,对俄罗斯 1 992年以来的经济转轨战略进行探讨。研究表明 ,制度变迁是一个艰难的费时间的渐进过程 ,激进的“休克疗法”不可能建立起真正成熟的市场经济。从制度的可移植性来看 ,发达市场经济国家的一些市场规则是可以移植的 ,而融入了发达国家意识形态和文化积淀的市场经济模式的可移植性则要差得多。在俄罗斯几年的经济转轨实践中 ,理想化的转轨模式、方法与俄罗斯的现实发生了猛烈的碰撞。在经历了惨痛的教训之后 ,俄罗斯的经济转轨战略作了适当的调整
This article intends to proceed from the principle of formally binding and informally constraining the interrelationship in the theory of institutional change to discuss the strategy of economic transition in Russia since 1992. Research shows that institutional change is a difficult, time-consuming and gradual process and radical “shock therapy” can not establish a truly mature market economy. Judging from the portability of the system, some market rules in developed market economy countries can be transplanted. However, the market economy model integrating the ideology and cultural accumulation of developed countries has far less portability. In the years of economic transition in Russia, the idealized mode of transition and the method violently collided with the reality of Russia. After a painful lesson, Russia’s economic restructuring strategy was appropriately adjusted
