病历摘要安××,男,65岁,工人,心电图号4125。患者因母病故,心情悲痛,1978年4月14日上午十时突感头晕、恶心、心悸、乏力、全身大汗、持续性胸部闷痛并向左肩部放射而于当日下午2时入院。体查:急性重病容,烦躁不安,面色苍白,大汗淋漓。血压90/50毫米汞柱。心界略向左扩大,律齐,60次/分,心尖部可闻及Ⅰ级收缩期杂音,A_2>P_2。颈静脉无怒张。两肺清晰,腹平软,肝脾未触及,下肢无浮肿。入院四小时
