本文报道在广西百色一壮族家系中发现一例HbH复合慢速泳动异常Hb。结构分析证明慢速泳动带为HbQ Thailand。血红蛋白组成和α-珠蛋白基因分析结果表明,先证者的基因型为-α~T/-α~Q,先证者姐姐及大妹的基因型均为αα/αα,先证者母亲的基因型为-α~T/αα,先证者父亲及二妹的基因型均为-α~Q/αα。
This paper reports that a case of HbH complex slow-moving abnormal Hb was found in Guangxi Baise-Zhuang ethnic group. Structural analysis shows that the slow migration zone is HbQ Thailand. Hemoglobin composition and α-globin gene analysis showed that the proband’s genotype is -α ~ T / -α ~ Q, the proband’s eldest sister and the big sister’s genotype are αα / αα, proband’s mother The genotype was -α ~ T / αα, the proband’s father and sister’s genotypes were -α ~ Q / αα.
