替硝唑(Tinidazole,TNZ)又名服净,是继甲硝唑(Metronidazole,MNZ)后研制的一种咪唑类药物,其化学名称为:1-[2-(乙基磺酰基)乙基]-2-甲基-5-硝基咪唑。分子式:C_8H_(13)N_3O_4S,分子量:247.47,为淡黄色结晶粉末,无臭或微有特异性臭味,味苦。溶于丙酮、醋酐,微溶于甲醇或乙醇,水中或乙醚中极微溶。mp=125~129℃,pKa=2.11。其抗厌氧菌、抗厌氧原虫的作用优于MNZ,且组织分布广,副作用小,从临床应用及制剂研制方面看,有替代中硝唑的趋势。
