产业结构升级与科技投入和对外开放程度关系紧密。本文利用我国2003-2009年的中国各省(市、区)的省际面板数据对其进行了实证分析。研究结果显示:科技投入对区域产业结构升级的影响极为明显,且呈正方向变动,而对外开放程度对产业结构升级影响则因区域的不同而呈现出不同的特点,且变化方向具有不确定性。
Upgrading of industrial structure and science and technology investment and opening up to a close degree. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the provincial panel data of China’s provinces (cities, districts) from 2003 to 2009 in China. The results show that: the impact of investment in science and technology on the upgrading of regional industrial structure is extremely obvious and positive changes, while the impact of opening up on the upgrading of industrial structure presents different characteristics due to different regions, and the direction of the change is uncertain.
