煤矿安全工作重心在基层,关键在落实,区队是落实各项安全制度和规定的责任主体,区队建设工作的成效直接关乎煤矿安全发展、和谐稳定。一矿党政根据新形势下煤矿安全生产的需要,把今年确立为基层区队建设年,主要从抓基层、打基础、练好基本功三个方面着手,着力提升基层区队管理水平,为实现我矿安全生产提供保障。
