带有中间补气的涡旋压缩机可以有效的改善热泵系统在低温环境下的制热性能和运行可靠性。根据中间补气及准二级压缩热泵系统的研究现状,采用理论分析对带过冷器的中间补气涡旋压缩机的性能进行了对比与分析。阐述了水-水热泵系统的研究背景及工作原理;详细分析了增设补气口后涡旋压缩机的工作过程;提出了中间补气热泵系统的数学模型及计算方法并对其进行热力分析。最后与单级压缩循环比较得出结论:在蒸发温度越低的情况下使用中间补气循环对性能的提高越有利。中间补气技术在低蒸发温度、大压比的设备和系统中,节能效果更加明显。
The scroll compressor with the middle of the gas can effectively improve the heat pump system at low temperature heating performance and operational reliability. According to the current research status of the intermediate gas supplement and quasi-two-stage compression heat pump system, the performance of the intermediate make-up scroll compressor with a subcooler is compared and analyzed by theoretical analysis. The research background and working principle of the water-water heat pump system are expounded. The working process of the scroll compressor with additional gas outlet is analyzed in detail. The mathematic model and calculation method of the heat pump system with intermediate make-up are put forward and the thermal analysis is carried out. Finally, it is concluded from the single-stage compression cycle that the lower the evaporation temperature is, the better the performance improvement is with the use of an intermediate gas-recovery cycle. Intermediate gas technology in the low evaporation temperature, high pressure ratio of equipment and systems, energy-saving effect is more obvious.
