目的研究酒精中毒对小鼠胃黏膜EGFR蛋白表达的影响。方法选取健康成年昆明鼠,随机分为对照组及实验组,实验组以市售白酒灌胃,对照组以生理盐水灌胃,在喂养2周、4周、6周及8周取胃黏膜,免疫组化法检测胃黏膜中EGFR表达。结果实验组小鼠胃黏膜有不同程度的上皮和腺体的损伤及炎细胞的浸润,与正常对照组相比,酒精中毒小鼠胃黏膜EGFR表达减少。结论酒精中毒小鼠胃黏膜EGFR表达减少,提示胃黏膜损伤可能与EGFR的表达减少有关。
Objective To study the effect of alcoholism on EGFR protein expression in gastric mucosa of mice. Methods Healthy adult Kunming rats were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The experimental group was given gavage on the market and the control group was given gavage by normal saline. The gastric mucosa were taken at 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks after feeding. The expression of EGFR in gastric mucosa was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The gastric mucosa in the experimental group had different degrees of epithelial and glandular injury and inflammatory cell infiltration. Compared with the normal control group, the gastric mucosa EGFR expression was decreased in the alcoholism mice. Conclusion The decrease of EGFR expression in gastric mucosa of alcoholism mice suggests that gastric mucosal injury may be related to the decrease of EGFR expression.
