本文应用细胞培养和小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能观察测定的方法,研完了龟板、补骨脂、田七、枸杞子、莪术、五味子、木瓜和云芝对体外培养二倍体细胞形态、生长速度及小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率与吞噬指数的变化。实验结果提示龟板、补骨脂、枸杞子均明显地促进二倍体细胞的生长增殖速度,提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,而木瓜能减缓细胞的生长降低巨噬细胞吞噬作用。本研究为临床应用和探讨其作用机理提供一定的实验依据。
In this paper, the method of cell culture and mouse peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis was used to observe and determine the morphology and growth of diploid cells in vitro after studying the effects of turtle shell, psoralen, Tianqi, gardenia, curcuma, schisandra, papaya, and yunzhi. Speed and changes in phagocytosis and phagocytic index of mouse peritoneal macrophages. The experimental results suggest that turtle shell, psoralen, and gardenia all significantly promote the growth and proliferation of diploid cells and increase the phagocytic function of mouse peritoneal macrophages, while papaya can slow the growth of cells and reduce the phagocytosis of macrophages. This study provides a certain experimental basis for clinical application and its mechanism of action.
