目的探讨运脾止泻合剂对湿热泻小鼠肠道菌群调节作用。方法采用病因模拟法建立湿热泻小鼠模型,采集粪标本置于厌养及需氧条件中培养并计数典型菌落,通过菌落比例及含量的比较,观察运脾止泻合剂对肠道有益菌的生长及繁殖的促进作用。结果运脾止泻合剂对肠道菌群有明显调节作用,对腹泻时肠道比值明显下降的厌氧菌有显著提升作用,促进肠道有益菌生长及繁殖,平衡需氧菌及厌氧菌在肠道比值,以达到止泻的目的。结论运脾止泻合剂可均衡腹泻时肠道需氧菌及厌氧菌的比例,调节肠道微生态平衡,改善肠道内环境而发挥其治疗作用。
