随着新课改的不断推进,农村小学教务管理工作受到教育部门的广泛重视。所以,教务管理人员要创新思想,充分认识,认真做好课堂管理及教研教改工作,就如何有效提高农村小学教务管理水平这一问题做一些粗浅的探索。
With the continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform, the educational administration of rural primary schools has received extensive attention. Therefore, educational administration personnel should innovate their thinking, fully understand and conscientiously do a good job in classroom management and teaching and research, and do some superficial exploration on how to effectively improve the educational management level in rural primary schools.
