本文介绍一种通过静脉途径给药建立身体依赖性动物模型的快速方法。该方法采用电脑控制,定时自动进行静脉给药,取代了传统的人工定时给药的过程。具有实验精度高、实验样本量小、经济、省力的特点。我们利用该方法建立了72h静脉给药阿片类大鼠身体依赖性模型,各实验组的戒断症状分值为:吗啡组85.9s7.5;海洛因组86.4 s19.1;OMF组45.4 s10.2;DHE组41.4 s7.2,均明显高于盐水对照组(P<0.01),表明所建立的大鼠身体依赖性模型稳定、可靠。
This article describes a rapid method of establishing a body-dependent animal model by intravenous route administration. The method uses a computer-controlled, timed automatic intravenous administration, replacing the traditional artificial timing of the process. Experimental high precision, small sample size, economic, labor-saving features. We established the body-dependent model of intravenous opioid administration in 72h by this method. The score of withdrawal symptoms in each experimental group was 85.9s7.5 in morphine group, 86.4s19.1 in heroin group, 45.4g in OMF group .4 s10.2; 41.4 s7.2 in DHE group were significantly higher than saline control group (P <0.01), indicating that the established rat body-dependent model is stable and reliable.
