【目的】考察银屑灵优化方抗炎作用及免疫调节功能,探讨其抗银屑病作用环节。【方法】采用弗氏佐剂法致大鼠关节炎模型,观察银屑灵优化方对大鼠关节病理变化的影响;采用醋酸腹腔注射复制小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高模型,观察银屑灵优化方对小鼠腹腔渗出液含量的影响;采用脂多糖(LPS)致小鼠肝损伤的模型,观察银屑灵优化方对血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和干扰素γ(IFN-γ)含量的影响。【结果】银屑灵优化方低、中、高剂量组可显著改善佐剂性关节炎模型大鼠炎症症状;银屑灵优化方低、高剂量组可显著降低小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性(P<0.01);银屑灵优化方低、中、高剂量组可显著降低模型小鼠血清的TNF-α含量(P<0.01),增加模型小鼠血清的IFN-γ含量(P<0.05),部分剂量组疗效与阳性对照药醋酸波尼松组和郁金银屑片组相仿。【结论】银屑灵优化方具有一定的抗炎活性与免疫调节作用。
【Objective】 To investigate the anti-inflammatory effect and immunomodulatory function of Parenzin optimized prescription and its anti-psoriasis action. 【Methods】 The model of arthritis induced by Freund’s adjuvant was used to observe the effect of PZT on pathological changes of rat’s joint. The intraperitoneal injection of acetic acid was used to replicate the model of increased peritoneal capillary permeability in mice, Ling Optimization Formula on the content of peritoneal exudate in mice; LPS-induced liver injury in mice model to observe the Yinxian Ling optimization of serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interferon γ (IFN-γ) content of the impact. 【Results】 The results showed that the effective dose of PZQT low, medium and high dose groups could significantly improve the inflammatory symptoms of adjuvant arthritis model rats. The low and middle dosage of PZQT could significantly reduce the peritoneal capillary permeability (P <0.01). The low, middle and high doses of PZQ-treated group significantly reduced the levels of TNF-α in the serum of model mice (P <0.01) and the levels of IFN-γ in the serum of model mice ), The partial dose group efficacy and positive control acetate prednisolone group and Yu Jinyin chip group similar. 【Conclusion】 Yinxianling prescription has certain anti-inflammatory activity and immunomodulatory effect.
