目前,一些技术文件和技术规范中,对误差概念的运用差别很大,有关同志对此理解亦很不一致。本文就此谈点个人看法,意在便于搞清有关的误差理论概念,裨益于实际工作。一、误差的概念和计算方法如对一个未知量进行多次观测,得到一个观测列,结果发现观测列中的每一个观测值既十分接近,又不完全相同,说明一切度量都不可能是完全正确的,这中间必然存在着误差。
