人力资源和社会保障部部长尹蔚民日前表示,今后将探索从优秀工人、农民中考录公务员的办法,加大从农村、社区优秀基层干部中考录公务员的力度,把招录有基层工作经历的公务员作为公务员考录工作的头等大事。
