本文对上世纪八十年代以来中西方学者关于中国政策过程研究的情况进行了综述。并根据研究的关注点把研究文献分为“体制内”和“体制外”两种研究思路,本文亦同时对中国政策过程研究的一些最新发现进行了介绍和评述。在这个基础上,本文对已有研究的不足和该领域未来的研究方向提出了一些个人的想法。 This article summarizes the research on the Chinese policy process by Chinese and Western scholars since the 1980s. According to the research focus, the research literature is divided into two kinds of research ideas: “within the system” and “outside the system”. This article also introduces and comments on some recent findings of the research on China’s policy process. On this basis, this paper puts forward some personal ideas on the existing research deficiencies and future research directions in this field.
