市场经济条件下医院领导者更应重视科学决策。科学决策的程序是发现问题、确定目标;集思广益、拟定方案;分析评估、方案选优;实施方案、反馈调节。随着我国加入WTO,医疗市场的竞争更加激烈,医院领导应努力研究领导方法与艺术,减少决策失误。党政领导在工作中应重平等、抓重点、讲方式,坚持和健全民主集中制,加强沟通,增强团结,协调行动,提高领导素质和文化品位,从而做出正确、科学的决策。
Hospital leaders should pay more attention to scientific decision-making under the conditions of market economy. The procedure of scientific decision-making is to find problems and determine goals; brainstorm ideas, formulate plans; analyze and evaluate, plan selection, implement plans, and feedback regulation. With China’s accession to the WTO, the competition in the medical market is becoming more fierce. Hospital leaders should strive to study leadership methods and arts and reduce decision-making errors. Leaders of the Party and government should emphasize equality, focus on key points, and talk about methods in their work, adhere to and improve democratic centralism, strengthen communication, strengthen solidarity, coordinate actions, improve leadership quality and cultural quality, and make correct and scientific decisions.
