一、引言 自Langmuir-Blodgett(LB)技术问世以来,在分子水平上组装功能有机超薄膜受到了极大的关注。一些研究成果显示,LB膜在光电传感等方面有非常重要的应用前景。LB膜经极性分子组装后,其超薄性导致膜的热质很低,介电损耗小,可能是一种快响应的红外热释电材料。Roberts等人已经报道了几种LB膜的热释电性能。本工作利用了双亲性长链偶氮苯衍生物作为制膜分子,对其经LB方法进行了极性分子组装后的热释电性能和频率响应进行了实验研究。
I. INTRODUCTION Since the advent of Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) technology, the assembly of functional organic ultrathin films at the molecular level has drawn great attention. Some research results show that LB film has a very important application prospect in photoelectric sensing and so on. LB film by the polar molecules assembled, its super-thin film leads to low thermal mass, dielectric loss is small, may be a fast response infrared pyroelectric material. Roberts et al. Have reported the pyroelectric properties of several LB films. In this work, amphiphilic long-chain azobenzene derivatives were used as membrane-forming molecules. The pyrolytic performance and frequency response of polar molecules assembled by LB method were investigated.
